We will work with you to choose the perfect system for your home. In most cases, we will start by completing a load calculation, which is a detailed analysis of your home's energy needs. We'll measure windows and rooms; examine your shades and window treatments to give us an idea of how the sun affects your home; we'll examine your insulation and ductwork; and we'll ask you a few questions about your personal preferences for indoor comfort.

Through this process, we'll get a detailed picture of what your home system needs to accomplish. Next we'll go through all of your available options together, including choices for air cleaning, temperature control, humidity and efficiency.

I just wanted to write in and say how highly I think of your company. We first purchased a furnace from Elkhorn for an investment property of ours 3 years ago. We were tremendously impressed with the work and service. A couple weeks ago our furnace at home was acting up and a technician (John C) came out and fixed the problem. Last night the furnace would not start and I placed a call at 6 PM for someone to come see what the problem might be. John came back to our home, immediately located the small problem, and as Elkhorn had just charged us for a trip a couple weeks ago, did not charge for the service call this time to remedy the problem. This, to me, seems the way business used to be conducted, when service used to be paramount. I just want to say thank you and we do our best to refer as much business your way.
